Return Policy

  • All of our LEGENDARY pre-built BOSSBUCK PCs come with a 7-day money back guarantee.
  • If you aren't 100% satisfied with our product you may return the product within 7 days of receipt of product to BOSSBUCK PC LLC and we'll refund you the full amount minus cost of shipping and any transaction fees.
  • If an order is placed by mistake and immediately needs refunded, the customer will be refunded the full amount of their purchase minus any transaction fees incurred by BOSSBUCK PC LLC for the purchase.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with original accessories and in original condition with no damage or wear.
  • A shipping label will be provided with tracking and insurance.

Warranty Policy

  • BOSSBUCK PC LCC provides limited warranty and support for all of our PCs for 1 year from the purchase date of the PC.
  • This limited warranty includes hardware and software RMA support for manufactures defects to the original hardware and software included with the PC.
  • Excluded are user induced damage to hardware or software components, damage resulting from components or software added or modified by the user, components, software, peripherals, or external devices added by user, damage resulting from undervolting, overclocking, BIOS updates, or user installed software, components, peripherals, or external devices, or damages that result from abuse, misuse, or neglect. 
  • BOSSBUCK PC LLC is not responsible for any data loss or recovery for any reason.
  • For customers located in the lower 48 States in the USA; including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Florid, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Caroline, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming:
    • BOSSBUCK PC LLC will cover the cost of shipping the damaged PC to BOSSBUCK PC LCC headquarters, diagnosing defective components, working with the manufacturers to receive RMA component(s) for defective component(s), replacing damaged component(s) with component(s) received from RMA, and the cost of shipping the fixed product back to the customer.
    • If the PC was originally purchased in the lower 48 States in the USA as expressed above and customer moves outside of the lower 48 States in the USA to where shipping rates would be higher than the standard rate for the lower 48 States in the USA then the customer will be responsible for shipping as described below for customers located in other US States and Territories.
  • For customers located in other US States and Territories; including Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific:
    • BOSSBUCK PC LLC will cover the cost of diagnosing defective components, working with the manufacturers to receive RMA component(s) for defective component(s), and replacing damaged component(s) with component(s) received from RMA.
    • The customer will pay for the cost of shipping the damaged PC from the customer's location to BOSSBUCK PC LLC headquarters.
    • The customer will also pay for the cost of shipping the fixed PC back from BOSSBUCK PC LLC headquarters to the customer's location.
  • Abuse of the limited warranty could result in additional fees including but not limited to: shipping fees and diagnostic fees.
